Shipping policy
Shipping Options:
We do our best to find the best shipping rates available that will arrive in a timely manner and provide the safest handling of our products. At the time of check out you will see what shipping options are available to you.
Processing Times:
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. We're a small, home based business and we do our best to ship as quickly as possible. During holidays shipping times may be increased.
Shipping Delays:
While we do everything we can to make sure we process your order quickly, once it leaves our hands we have no control over how long things will actually take to arrive at your door. You will be provided with tracking information when available to see where your order is and if there are hold ups along the way.
Address Errors:
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all of their address information in their order is correct at the time of purchase. Our shipping labels are produced automatically from the information the purchaser enters when ordering, so packages that get delivered to wrong addresses based on that information are not refundable. As a small business we cannot afford to replace product due to customer error, and items that may get returned to us can no longer be sold because we cannot guarantee their quality hasn't been compromised.
Delivery Errors:
Once a package has been received by the shipper, we no longer have any control over it. If you receive a "delivered" notification from the tracking information provided, but have not received your package please file a claim with the shipping company as we are not able to reach out on your behalf.
Duty, Tarrifs & VAT Fees:
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of any duty, tarrifs, or VAT fees that will be required at the time of receiving their package when ordering from outside of the United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees, they are not included in shipping costs, so please double check before purchasing.
